Down sleeping bags should not be stored compressed for too long. Keeping the down filling under pressure for months without use, will cause them to loose their elasticity and ability to regain full strength, thereby loosing some of their insulation power.
By storing your bag in a suitable storage bag with room to breathe, you can expand the lifespan of your Y by Nordisk sleeping bag with years.
Our down sleeping bags always come with both a storage bag and a compression bag. This is a replacement item in case you lost the original.
