Buying on sale

  • Withdrawal: you can withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason, as set out in the refund policy.
  • Warranty: the EU warranty of at least 2 years covers sale items too, except defects clearly disclosed at purchase. Report faults as warranty claims.
  • Accidents: the Beyond Repair Guarantee covers full-price purchases only, so it does not apply to outlet items.
  • Delivery: 2-6 business days, free on orders over €150.
  • Repairs: Care & Repair in Görlitz repairs outlet items as well.

Before you buy

  • Jackets and trousers: men's and unisex styles share one table in our size guide, women's styles have their own. A women's M is made for a 92 cm chest, a unisex M for 100 cm.
  • Sleeping bags: plan with the comfort temperature, not the figure in the name. Our sleeping bag and mat FAQ explains comfort, limit and extreme.
  • Tents: the code in the name gives the flysheet fabric, from ULW at 1,600 mm to PU, SI and SP at 3,000 mm. Original pole sets are sold as tent spare parts.
