1. Scope and provider
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed at nordisk.eu. The contract is concluded with:

The terms and conditions valid at the time of your order apply. Deviating, conflicting or supplementary terms of the customer do not apply unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing.
We only supply goods in quantities customary for household use.
2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop is not a binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the order button at checkout, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart (§ 145 of the German Civil Code, BGB).
After we receive your order, you receive an automatic email confirming receipt. This confirmation is not yet an acceptance of your offer.
The contract is concluded when we expressly accept your offer with an order confirmation, or when we ship the goods without a prior express acceptance. If you pay when placing the order, the contract is concluded when you submit the order.
3. Delivery and availability
Orders placed on a business day before 12:00 are usually shipped the next business day. Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver within the delivery time stated in the online shop to the delivery address you provide.
If a product becomes unavailable after the contract is concluded for reasons beyond our control (in particular force majeure or unforeseeable production problems), and we cannot reasonably obtain a replacement, we may refuse delivery. In that case, we refund any payments you have already made without delay.
If we can foresee that a delivery time cannot be met, for example because a product is temporarily unavailable, we inform you without delay and give you a new expected delivery time. If the delay exceeds two weeks, you may withdraw from the contract, and we refund any payments you have already made without delay.
We are not liable for impossibility or delays caused by force majeure or other events that were beyond our control and unforeseeable when the contract was concluded, for example operational disruptions, fire, natural disasters, extreme weather, flooding, war, unrest, terrorism, transport delays, strikes, lawful lockouts, shortages of labour, energy or raw materials, delays in official approvals or government measures.
4. Shipping countries and shipping costs
We deliver to Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
For delivery to Germany or Austria, please order from our German webshop nordisk.de. For delivery to Denmark, please order from our Danish webshop da.nordisk.eu.
Shipping costs and free shipping thresholds for each country are listed in our shipping policy. The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you submit your order.
5. Prices
All prices in the online shop are final prices in euro and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you submit your order.
We may change the prices and other charges in the online shop at any time. The price shown at the time of your order applies to that order.
6. Payment
You pay with one of the payment methods shown at checkout. The terms shown there for the chosen payment method apply.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Nordisk Freizeit GmbH until we have received full payment.
8. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear statement. You can do this with our online withdrawal function, by email or by letter to:

If you use the online withdrawal function, you receive an email receipt showing the content of your withdrawal and the date and time it was submitted. You may also use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we refund all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
We use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. You are not charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you tell us that you withdraw. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days have expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You can buy a return label in our returns portal, where the price is shown before you pay. The prices are also listed in our refund policy.
You are only liable for any loss of value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

9. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. The limitation period for statutory warranty claims is two years from delivery. You can report a defect as a warranty claim.
Please report obvious defects, including transport damage, to us or to the carrier as soon as possible. If you do not, this does not affect your statutory rights.
Our Beyond Repair Guarantee and any other guarantees apply in addition to your statutory rights and only on the terms stated for them.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence by us, our legal representatives or our agents.
In cases of simple negligence, we are only liable:
- without limitation for injury to life, body or health, and
- for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
These limitations do not apply if we have fraudulently concealed a defect, have given a guarantee, or where liability is mandatory by law, for example under the German Product Liability Act.
11. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection laws. Data needed to process your order is stored and shared with service providers only to the extent necessary.
You can object to the use of your personal data for marketing purposes at any time. After your objection, we only use your data to process your orders and stop sending you marketing.

12. Consumer dispute resolution
Nordisk Freizeit GmbH aims to resolve disputes amicably, but is neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
13. Electronic communication
You agree that communication about the contract may take place electronically.
14. Contract language and storage of the order text
The contract language is English. We store the order text, and you receive the order details by email in the order confirmation.
15. Applicable law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
