What you find here

  • Down jackets and coats: from the 155 g Cirrus 2.0 to the 1.18 kg Tana coat.

Light or weatherproof

The Companyon Thyra jacket (265 g) and Dagmar coat (399 g) are filled with 95/5 800+ goose down and pack into their own pocket. For wet winter days, the coats with a rain shell combine water-repellent Crystal Down® Dry 700+ with a 10,000 mm shell: Tana (1.18 kg), Vigdis (840 g), Aukea (675 g), Moana as a long coat (785 g) or short jacket (600 g), the Lumi parka and the 3-in-1 Liz (900 g). All weights in size M.

Waterproof ratings

Hydrostatic head shows how much water pressure a fabric holds back, and breathability how much moisture it lets out. The down coats with a rain shell are rated at 10,000 mm, the Lodur 2.0 down jacket and the Brenna shell at 20,000 mm, and the Ylva hardshell at 30,000 mm. The Nixie and the unisex Skansholm have a lighter shell rated at 1,000 mm.

Sizes and care

Women's styles have their own table in our size guide: chest 80 cm in XS, 86 cm in S, 92 cm in M, 98 cm in L, 104 cm in XL and 112 cm in 2XL. Unisex styles such as the Skansholm and Alto 2.0 use the men's and unisex table, where an S is made for a 94 cm chest. The women's models in our photos are 175 cm and wear size M.

Wash down jackets at 30 °C in a front-loading machine on a gentle programme with down detergent and no fabric softener, then, if the care label allows it, tumble dry on low with three tennis balls. Shell jackets and pants also go in at 30 °C, but not in the tumble dryer. Care & Repair in Görlitz washes, refills and repairs down jackets and replaces zips.
