Hardshell jackets

  • Ylva: 3-layer with a hydrophilic membrane bonded to 10D nylon tricot, rated at 30,000 mm with a breathability of 40,000. Underarm zips for ventilation and front pockets with waterproof zips.
  • Brenna: 2.5-layer, 180 g in size M, rated at 20,000 mm with a breathability of 40,000. Armpit ventilation, thumb holes and reflective details, and it packs into its front pocket.

Light 3-layer shells

  • Mjelde: a women's jacket, 255 g in size S, rated at 10,000 mm with a breathability of 20,000. Laser-cut underarm ventilation, and it packs into its side pocket.
  • Rimu: a unisex anorak, 260 g in size M, rated at 10,000 mm, with a two-way chest zip and thumb holes.

Rain pants

  • Horizon 2.0: unisex 3-layer pants rated at 10,000 mm, with long leg zips to pull them on over boots, shaped knees and reflective details. XS to 3XL.
  • Horizon: unisex 3-layer pants, 225 g in size M, rated at 10,000 mm, with long side zips and velcro adjustment at the calf.

Ratings and layers

Hydrostatic head shows how much water pressure a fabric holds back, and breathability how much moisture it lets out. All the jackets and pants here have fully taped seams. A shell has no insulation of its own, so in the cold wear a down vest or a light down jacket underneath.

Women's styles have their own table in our size guide: chest 80 cm in XS, 86 cm in S, 92 cm in M, 98 cm in L, 104 cm in XL and 112 cm in 2XL. The Rimu and both Horizon pants follow the unisex table. Shell jackets and pants go in the wash at 30 °C, but not in the tumble dryer.
