The Beyond Repair Guarantee gives you the opportunity to replace your product at a reduced price if it has been damaged in an accident that falls outside normal warranty coverage.

The programme applies to all Nordisk products purchased through our official channels. The service does not apply to products bought at warehouse sales or at a reduced price.
If the damage can be repaired
Not every accident requires a completely new product. In many cases, your gear can easily be saved — which is better for both the environment and your wallet.
Nordisk has a dedicated Care & Repair programme, where we help with everything from professional sleeping bag and zipper repairs to washing and refreshing down products.
If our assessment shows that your damage can be repaired — or that a down product simply needs washing and refilling — we will guide you to Care & Repair instead of offering a replacement product. This ensures that you get the best possible solution and extends the lifespan of your gear.
