Warranty claim – your rights under EU law
As a consumer, you have a minimum 2‑year right to complain in accordance with EU consumer legislation.
The right to complain covers defects and non‑conformities that were present at the time of delivery, even if they only become apparent at a later stage. For B2B retailers and partners, complaints are likewise handled directly by Nordisk Company and are assessed individually based on contractual terms and applicable legislation.

Submitting within 2 months is always considered timely.
Yes. Discounted or sale items are also covered, except for defects that were clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
