Warranty Claims

When you purchase a product from Nordisk Company, you are protected by applicable European consumer legislation. We handle warranty claims directly for both purchases made via our webshop and products bought from authorised retailers (physical stores).

Warranty claim – your rights under EU law

As a consumer, you have a minimum 2‑year right to complain in accordance with EU consumer legislation.
The right to complain covers defects and non‑conformities that were present at the time of delivery, even if they only become apparent at a later stage. For B2B retailers and partners, complaints are likewise handled directly by Nordisk Company and are assessed individually based on contractual terms and applicable legislation.

What is not covered?

The right to complain does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper or inappropriate use
  • Damage resulting from lack of or incorrect maintenance
  • Damage caused by accidents or external impact
  • Damage caused by external factors such as UV radiation, sand, moisture or algae growth

    (for example, if a tent is left set up outdoors for an extended period in all types of weather)

The right to complain is valid only upon presentation of a valid receipt or order confirmation.If your product is damaged but not covered by the right to complain, we offer alternative solutions:
