Patea removes the traditional weakness of lightweight down coats, which are very vulnerable to rain and require an extra layer around it. By adding a water-repellant finish to the rip-stop fabric protecting the hydrophobic down inside, we have created this innovative lightweighter with a technical chamber look that offers so much more than its lookalikes. The bonding technique holding the down in place additionally removes the weakness of stitches that usually allow water to go through, making the Patea even more true to its concept.
